• INTERNET SPECIAL: First three sessions for $240.
• My fee is $100 per a 50-minute consulation hour.
• You may make payments by cash or check.
• You will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held, unless we agree otherwise or unless you have insurance coverage that requires another arrangement.
• At least 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations to avoid a charge for a missed session.
• In the context of private practice, payment is a natural and important part of our relationship. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your ability to make payments, please don't hesitate to let me know as soon as possible.

Dealing with insurance issues can be complicated. However, it is you (not your insurance provider) who is responsible for a full payment of my fees. I will be happy to help you fill out the forms, advocate for you with your insrance company, and provide whatever assistance I can in helping you receive your benefits.
